Malt For Beermaking

Malt can have an impact on the range of colours, strengths, and characteristics of your beer. It is widely used in the brewing industry as it converts the proteins into sugars and amino acids that have a beneficial effect on the fermentation. Replacing normal sugar for Liquid Malt Extract or Dried Malts can noticeably improve the flavour of your beer. It will also improve colour and strength.
