Click and Collect is now available from our Chesterfield store.

Simply order on our website and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect in line with social distancing and current government guidance.

Currently we are only open for collections 12 - 1pm and 6 -7pm, Monday to Friday, and 12 - 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Our store remains closed, so please make sure you include everything you need on your order as we won't be able to make any changes during the collection.

Liverpool Store

Click & Collect is not currently available at our Liverpool store as due to the size and layout of the store, we are unable to offer this in line with social distancing and current government guidelines.

We are working to bring Click and Collect to our Liverpool Store.

How do I place my order?

Place your order online as normal.

You will need to provide your billing address, but there is no need to set a delivery address.

Select 'Click and Collect' in the delivery options and that's it!

Payment can be made by card or PayPal as with normal website orders.

How does the collection work?

On arrival please knock on the shop door, or call the number displayed, and a member of staff will bring your order to you and place this in the doorway for you to collect, maintaining strict social distancing.

Please quote your name and collection number (in your collection email) and bring one form of ID with you.

Our store is still closed and as such our staff will not be able to amend your order during the collection.

I normally visit the store, can I get loyalty stamps on my order?

Loyalty stamps will not be issued during the collection as to limit contact.

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation, packing note, or invoice safe. Once the store re-opens, we will gladly add these points to your card.

It's really important you keep a copy of your paperwork as shop staff will not be able to access these records at a future date.
