This delicious chocolate, expresso cocktail would be ideal served as a treat for dessert on Easter Day. And what's even better it's served in an Easter egg so looks even more delectable.

Method:
1. Add the Chocolate Cream Liqueur, espresso coffee and mascarpone in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Fill the martini glass with Easter decoration and then stand the egg on top.
3. Use a hot knife to slice the top of the easter egg.
4. Add ice cube and the contents of the shaker into the Easter Egg
5. Serve with a straw.
