When will my package arrive?
We know that waiting for your order to turn up can be a real pain, so we've teamed up with DPD who will give you a 1-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your delivery.
DPD will typically send you a 1-hour window between 7 am and 9 am in the morning (sometimes later in remote areas).
As all companies affected by COVID, delivery times may be longer than usual.
We offer Same-day-dispatch 6 days a week. Order by 2 pm, Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch with Royal Mail and DPD.
Order by 11 am on Saturday for same-day dispatch with DPD only. Orders dispatched on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
How much is delivery?
This will be calculated at checkout. You can get free delivery dependant on where you live, and the basket total.
We offer free delivery to England, Wales & Lowland Scotland on orders over £59, and to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for orders over £89. Some exceptions apply.

I am having issues with addresses
Please ensure you have updated your billing and delivery addresses, and selected the correct one to 'default' before proceeding with your order. Sometimes even though a new address is on the system, an old address may be selected as default, meaning the order will be mis-delivered.
My parcel has gone to the wrong address
There are confirmation screens at various points during the ordering process, to ensure your package goes to the intended address. If there has been an error by us or one of the delivery companies, please contact us.
