When will my package arrive?

DPD

DPD will typically send you a 1-hour window between 7 am and 9 am in the morning (sometimes later in remote areas).

24 hour despatch from time of order Monday to Friday 24/48 hour at weekends.

Royal Mail

They use a tracked 3-5 day service. 24 hour dispatch from time of order Monday to Friday, 48 hour on weekends. Last pickup is 3pm on Fridays and none over the weekend.

How much is delivery?

This will be calculated at checkout. You can get free delivery dependant on where you live, and the basket total. For most deliveries the prices are £5 for Royal Mail or £8.95 for DPD.

We offer free delivery to England, Wales & Lowland Scotland on orders over £70, and to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for orders over £89. Some exceptions apply.

I am having issues with addresses

Please ensure you have updated your billing and delivery addresses, and selected the correct one to 'default' before proceeding with your order. Sometimes even though a new address is on the system, an old address may be selected as default, meaning the order will be mis-delivered.

My parcel has gone to the wrong address

There are confirmation screens at various points during the ordering process, to ensure your package goes to the intended address. If there has been an error by us or one of the delivery companies, please contact us.

Does DPD used all-electric vehicles?

DPD used all-electric on 182 deliveries in July 2022 and plans to increase the use throughout the UK. 50kg of CO2 was saved in that month for Love Brewing's carbon emissions.
