Order confirmation
When you order online we'll keep you up to date with the progress of your order via email and SMS to your telephone.
We'll email you an order confirmation right after we receive your order.
Upon dispatching your order we'll send a further confirmation complete with tracking details if applicable. If your parcel is travelling with DPD, you'll also receive a separate notification from them.
How long does it take to arrive?
Once you place your order online, we currently aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days. In almost all cases we use a tracked delivery service, whether this be Royal Mail 48 Tracked post for smaller items or DPD Next Day for larger/heavier items.
Tracking your order
If your order has been sent by Courier (DPD) or by Royal Mail 48 Tracked we will provide you with a tracking reference in your dispatch notification email, alongside notification of which Courier we have used. If your order has been sent by 1st class post then unfortunately, we are unable to track it.
Should you have lost your tracking details or notification email, don't worry, contact us.
DPD 1 hour window
If your order is sent via DPD, they will email you twice regarding the status of your delivery. The first email will be on the afternoon of collection, to confirm that your parcel has been collected.
The second email will be sent on the morning of delivery, and will confirm a one hour window during which DPD will attempt delivery. You will have the opportunity to postpone your delivery to a later date at this point should you need to.
Can I have a VAT receipt?
VAT receipts are sent out automatically by the system, at the point your order goes to the shipping stage. It will be emailed to you. If you've already had your order you can refer back to your emails for the VAT details on the shipping email. If you haven't got it and need it resending, please get in touch.
Can I add to an order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately not. Please submit a new order for any additional items.
Can I get refund?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or simply decide you no longer want the goods, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Items must be in a new and unused condition, complete with all packaging in the state in which it was delivered. See our refunds page.
My cans are dented
We hope that all cans arrive perfectly, but as they are soft around the middle, dents do occur. We are assured by the suppliers that this will have absolutely no detrimental effect on the quality of the product. We have information from the following suppliers which you may find of interest:
