Recipe: Festive Gin Fizz

A simple but delicious gin cocktail with a cheeky fizz, perfext for celebrating the Festive season.

Ingredients:

• 12.5 ml top Shelf Dry Gin (from your Top Shelf Festive Selection Gift Pack)
• 25 ml Pomegranate Juice
• 50 ml Sparkling Wine

Method:

1. Simple mix together the gin and the pomegranate juice

2. Pour this over ice

3. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with pomegranate seeds
