Richard has been at the helm of the company for more years than he cares to remember. Homebrew has been very much his working life and he has developed and introduced a huge range of products. Beaverdale, Solomon Grundy, Prohibition, Selection, Vintners, Reserve, World Vineyard, Samsons Beers, Wineworks, Beerworks Ciderworks and all the Still Spirits range of flavouring yeast and equipment. That’s just to name a few.

He's a specialist at wine, beer and especially spirit distillation.

Richard has two children and a few Grandchildren.

Richard also hosts a series of guides to brewing, on our YouTube channel which have proven very popular - over 2 million views and 10,000 subscribers.
