Egg-Cellent Easter Cocktail

This delicious chocolate, espresso cocktail would be ideal served as a treat for dessert on Easter Day. What's even better it's served in an Easter egg so looks even more delectable.

Ingredients:

  1.  35 ml Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  2.  2 tsp Mascarpone
  3.  1/2 cup of Double Espresso Coffee
  4. Medium sized chocolate Easter egg
  5. Handful of ice

Method:

Add the Chocolate Cream Liqueur, espresso coffee and mascarpone in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Fill the martini glass with Easter decoration and then stand the egg on top.

Use a hot knife to slice the top off the Easter egg.

Add ice cubes and contents of the shaker into the Easter egg.

Serve with a straw.
