We offer free delivery where possible using the best services available.

Free UK & Ireland Delivery

We offer free delivery to England, Wales & Lowland Scotland on orders over £70, and to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland for orders over £85.
Some exceptions apply - see below.

1-Hour Delivery Window with DPD

DPD offer a 1-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your delivery.

Despatch Times

Same day despatch for all orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 14:00 Friday will be despatched the next working day.

1-Hour Delivery Window

Orders sent via DPD are fully tracked, with updates via SMS (text message), email, and the DPD app (for iOS and Android).

To prevent the frustration of waiting all day for a delivery, DPD offers a '1-Hour Delivery Window' service by default on all deliveries to the UK.

DPD will typically send you a 1-hour window between 7 am and 9 am in the morning (sometimes later in remote areas).

International Freight Forwarding Companies

Please note: We only accept orders to be shipped to International Freight Forwarding Companies on a Pro-forma basis with payment made via bank transfer.

Delivery Times

DPD deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland are classed as a 2-working-day service (from date of despatch) but can take longer, particularly in remote locations or in adverse weather.

DPD deliver up to 6 pm, so please be patient if your order has yet to show up. Orders can be tracked via the link sent in your despatch email. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can forward you the relevant tracking information.

Delivery to EU countries

PLEASE NOTE: Love Brewing does not currently delivery outside of UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles.

Free Delivery Details

Due to the complex nature of delivery, certain products and destinations are exempt from our free delivery offer.

We have some subsidised rates for the Channel Islands and all other offshore destinations, which are calculated at checkout.

We offer free delivery for all orders over £70 (including V.A.T.) to England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland.

We offer free delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland on orders over £85 (including V.A.T.).

DPD Tracking

To receive DPD tracking updates by SMS, please ensure you provide us with your mobile number at checkout. If you don't have a mobile number, don't worry. DPD will still update you by email.

24 hour despatch from time of order Monday to Friday 24/48 hour on weekends.

Heavy or Bulky Items

Extremely large or heavy items may also be excluded from free delivery. Such items may be palletised and sent via a 3-5 day pre-booked service. In this case, we will give you prior notice, and our courier will contact you and arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Re-Delivery Charges

If after two attempts, our courier has been unable to deliver goods to you, due to a recipient being unavailable to sign for the goods, or in the case that you did not provide alternate delivery instructions, your order will be returned to us. In this case, a redelivery charge of £33 applies. This charge covers the costs incurred for a failed delivery. This charge must be paid before goods can be despatched again. Failing this, your order will be refunded, minus a £20 administration and handling fee. These charges exist solely to cover our costs in this instance.
