MagicReview by Ben
Highly recommend this stout kit-better than most pints in a pub and the vast majority of shop bought bottles, exception being Northen Monk’s Death stout. Blacker than black and delicious, the kit seems pricey for a homebrew kit but that’s because you get twice the ingredients you do in a normal kit. (Posted on 26/03/2018)
Wow what a kitReview by Gavin
This is really a epic kit & one epic stout might look pricey but we'll worth the price (Posted on 23/09/2017)
Really boss beerReview by Zico
Not much else to say.. you won't find a stout this good in the supermarket, and you'd be paying quite a price to pick up any comparable bottle. Cheers Richard and crew! (Posted on 01/09/2017)

FantasticReview by Russ
Though pricey (in comparison to the rest) it is well worth it. Should last a long time as one is enough unless you are a hardened drinker / alcoholic. Perfect winter warmer. I'm looking to buy another even though I've only had 4 of the first batch. Full tasting beer which I believe to be better than most bottled beers you'll get at the supermarket. We're going to stick one into a steak and ale pie and see how that turns out. Love it! (Posted on 21/11/2016)
Mighty Dark BeastyReview by Gaza the Instructor
Not a beer for all, just those who enjoy old fashioned strong dark tasty brews.
Love it well-done guys. (Posted on 11/10/2016)
Excellent BrewReview by The Prof
At last a brew kit that actually does what it says on the box - best one in the world! Tis true indeed. A powerful stout but with the huge amount of hops, does not taste winey or strong. Yet it is! Beware. Just bought some more to make this Autumn! (Posted on 20/09/2016)

Excellent BrewReview by tonystox
I am now into my second batch. Lovely full bodied taste with a final gravity of 7.5% ABV. Very pleasant in the mouth with a good strong hoppy/bitter finish. Best stout on the market. Do try this superb kit. (Posted on 27/09/2015)
Best home brew stout everReview by Col Scrivs
I love this stuff. I\'ve made a few good stouts before but none have been this good. In fact there are not many shop / pub bought stouts that I prefer to this (Maybe Brew dog or Blue Monkey)
So much flavour, Awesome :) (Posted on 10/03/2015)
Perfection from a kitReview by Chris Doyle
This kit is perfect with a full bodied taste and lingering hoppy after notes. I have plied friends and family and they all think its been brewed professionally. ( In my eyes it has) I barrelled mine and is just like a stout poured from a hand pump. Would certainly recommend anyone to have a go. (Posted on 13/02/2015)
Yes yes yes!Review by Phildebeast
Had a sample of this at the lovebrewing course in Liverpool and it was a winner then. One xmas present later and I've brewed my own batch and its most definitely a winner now. Mine came out at a whopping 7.75% and it's tastes phenomenal. One piece of advice is whack a mesh bag or paint strainer around your syphon because them juicy hops make it rather difficult to get all the goodness.
Classic kit, well worth the cost. I don't think I can wait till my birthday for this one again so I'll probably buy it myself. (Posted on 27/01/2015)
Superb homebrew stoutReview by Pete Willis
Easy to brew and excellent instructions. Can't really go wrong and if you do the shop staff give excellent advice and directions.
This stout is full bodied with plenty flavour and I can honestly say it is the best beer I've ever tasted. Thoroughly recommended. (Posted on 04/01/2015)

Free Shipping

Postage is free for all orders over £59 (Including V.A.T.) to Mainland UK (some exclusions apply). This excludes the Isle of Wight, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. The Channel Islands and all other offshore destinations are also excluded from our free delivery offer. Orders to any of these excluded destinations will be quoted by our system, but may be subject to change at any time.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Regrettably we are forced to pass on part or all of the courier charges for some parts of Scotland and the Isles.

This is due to the way the couriers structure their networks and is unavoidable. Whilst larger retailers such as Amazon may offer flat rate shipping nationwide due to economies of scale, we are unable to do so.

We prefer to remain transparent with regards to shipping costs and endeavour to offer the best possible rates in these cases.

Dispatch & Next Day Services

Our aim is to send out the same day all orders received by 9am. Sometimes due to a heavy influx of orders (especially over weekends) we may need an extra day to do this. Orders will be dispatched such that you should receive them the next working day by courier (excluding Saturday and Sunday) or by 1st class post (this is not a guarantee, as no UK parcel carrier offers a 100% guarantee on their service). On the rare occasions where we may be let down, or if there is a problem with the order we will notify you.

Delivery Times

In most cases, Mainland UK delivery is by a 24 hour, next working day service on DPD or TNT. Orders to areas excluded from our free shipping offer may be on 48+ hour courier services due to logistical issues beyond our control. Small items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post untracked. These items are usually delivered within 24 hours, but this can vary (anywhere up to 10 working days), and is unfortunately beyond our control.

International Freight Forwarding Companies

Please note: We only accept orders to be shipped to International Freight Forwarding Companies on a pro-forma basis with payment made via bank transfer.

We offer free carriage to BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. Please leave the country as 'United Kingdom' at checkout and enter your correct "BF1 xxx" style postcode. The system will automatically set the free BFPO carriage rate.
