You may not need to add chemicals to your wine. However, there are occasions when you will be glad of them. Always a good idea to have them handy to use if you need to add acidity or sweeten your wine. Also, they can help, clear, remove haze, add nutrients/vitamins, improve texture, colour and bouquet of your homemade wine.
