    A MODULAR SYSTEM

    The beauty of the Grainfather Conical Fermenter is that it provides you with the opportunity to build up your brewery to your own specifications! Its a modular system which allows you to build at your own pace according to your budget. The ultimate system is designed to scale up to as many as four fermenters connected to one chiller, all on different fermenting schedules.

    Dual Valve Tap

    Make the yeast dumping, transferring and sampling process more professional with this innovate all in one valve. Sampling and transferring is done through a valve above the sediment line, allowing for clear, sediment free beer. Collect your yeast from below the sediment line for recultivating and pitching.

    Temperature Controller

    The temperature controller snaps on via magnets and pogo pins and allows you to accurately dial in a temperature and even set a temperature schedule (can set up to 5 stages). It can control the heating and the cooling (if you have the Glycol Chiller).

    Glycol Chiller

    Add the Glycol Chiller to get your system operating at the ultimate level and you are now able to cold crash and lager (to as low as 4 ° C (39 ° F)). The glycol Chiller connects to the hidden stainless steel sleeve inside the double-walled fermenter and runs glycol through it to chill the stainless steel and therefore your wort down to your dialled in temperature on your temperature controller. Now comes with 3 litres of Glycol - 2 litres of which will be required initially leaving 1 litre for top-ups when required.

    Despatch & Next-Day Services

    In normal circumstances we aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same working day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you would like to collect your order, please select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when it is ready.

    We offer free delivery to England, Wales & Lowland Scotland on orders over £70, and to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland for orders over £85.     Delivery Times

    In most cases, Delivery to England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland is by a 24 hour, next working day service by DPD. The Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and all other offshore destinations are usually on a 48+ hour courier services due to logistical issues beyond our control.

    Returns Information

    • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or simply decide you no longer want the goods, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Items must be in a new and unused condition, complete with all packaging in the state in which it was delivered.

    • Whilst we endeavour to make sure that glass bottles are packed as well as possible we cannot send out replacement for any breakages. We can either credit or add them to your next order free of charge.

    • If you wish to return goods for a refund, you must write to us by email via contact us or by post at the address below, within seven working days of receiving the goods. We must receive and confirm your refund request prior to you returning the goods.

    • Where a product meets the requirements of our returns policy, we will refund the cost of the items. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

    • All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

    • Once a return has been authorised, we must receive the goods within 21 working days.

    • Returned goods remain responsibility of customer until received by us. You must take reasonable care when returning goods to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

    • When returning goods we recommend you use a signed for delivery service, and request that you obtain proof of postage.

    • Return postage costs are bearable by the customer.

    • Upon accepting a return request, we will endeavour to refund the cost of the items back to the original purchasing card/account within 30 days.
